Steile Felsen aus hellem Kalk fallen ab ins Meer wie zerklüftete, ausgefranste Finger. Buchten sind perspektivisch nach hinten hin aufgereiht und sind hinten nur noch in leichtem Dunst zu erkennen. Die späte Nachmittagssonne kommt nicht mehr so richtig durch und das Wasser ist schon dunkeltürkis.

A Close-Up Colour Water Sports Photo In Landscape Format. In The Centre Of The Image Is An Oblique View Of A Middle-Aged Male Surfer In The Process Of Falling Off His Surfboard. He Is Moving Diagonally Across The Image From Right To Left And Almost Facing The Camera. He Is Falling Backwards Into The Breaking Wave. His Heals Are Still In Contact With His Board While His Bum Is Touching The Wave Behind Him. That Wave Is Breaking Around Him, Not Over Him. He Is Almost Framed By The Surf On Either Side. The Water Is A Very Pale Blue, Almost Turquoise. Our Surfer Is Quite Sensibly Wearing A Black Wetsuit Since He Is About To Get Wet Again In The Cold November Pacific Ocean.
