In the light of #amigapril, here's level 5 of our 1992 #Amiga game Hoi. Having a #demoscene background, we wanted to create a crazy level with psychedelic demo-like effects.
Later, the level turned out to form a stress test for emulators and video compression.
An #introduction I'm Metin from the Netherlands. Starting as a 16-bit game developer (#Amiga, CD32, MS-DOS, …), I shifted to TV animation, news cartoons, magazine illustration and toy design.
My freelance glory days are over, but I still love to create, and share my work here and on @Seven

His journey went from Unbound (SDF modeling) to ZBrush (some sculpted details) to Blender (Cycles rendering).
Then, a bit of post-processing in Affinity Photo and PhotoScape X (Pro).

A little hippo modeling update…
Installed my last perpetual license version of ZBrush and gave the rocks more detail in there.
Modeling is ready now. I'll add Blender Cycles materials and lighting tomorrow for a nice new rendering.
