By contrast, the number of council candidates also indicates that #ReformUK, for all their success in opinion polls lately, still don't have much in the way of organisation at a local level, unlike their #UKIP forerunners.

That being said, 323 candidates is a big step forward for them, and indicates that they are at least starting to try to establish themselves at a grassroots level.
