Did part of #ThrudTheBarbarian's boots and redid part of NMM after I doubted myself and fked it up.

I hate leather straps.

Anyway, I bought a few Vallejo synthetic brushes and I'll have you know I've used the 2.0 detail, priced €3, and it was not half bad! Will keep you informed on longevity.

Beefcake with loincloth and bear skin uggs. It's all highly erotic

Some more work on #ThrudTheBarbarian for the #charity auction.

Really happy with loincloth (with thanks to Drew Blood) and gems. Not happy with the NMM so might actually cover it up with TMM and hide that I don't know how to highlight basic geometric shapes

Cleaned the paint gunk off #ThrudTheBarbarian for the #Thrudball #charity auction.

Then more biostrip, and cleaned the gunk off him again.

And then I did it again but then with my electric toothbrush fffff!

Then varnished, primed green and started on the skin.

Took my #khorne #BloodBowl team out against my buddy Patrick with his necromantic. Patrick is suffering from chronic pain and can't come to the club so I took the game to him. #Nuffle was not done hating me! Lost 2-1 and took 4 casualties against him 0. All casualties are miss next game or worse.

My first turn: Block with my Blood spawn was a three dice block against a fkn zombie. Zombie killed it missed next game.

Also spent upwards of 6 hours on #Thrudball admin - tickets went on sale and as last year's tournament sold out in hours, we had to match payments to forms and people, and people are generally not as good as @StuWatts at filling out and paying

For scale purposes: the snotling is reaching with his hand to a pointing Eldar Farseer (15mm). The eldar is a head taller.

Played a #meme team league game of #BloodBowl - my squirrel #Khorne versus Joost's Amish #ChaosDwarfs

Brutal game. 1st half I crowd surfed half of them and scored. Blood Spawn (Rabbit of Caerbannog) did zero removals.

2nd half he started with 3 removals, 1 being the Blood Spawn via Officious Ref, and then I diced myself.

Final results
1-2 touchdowns
3-3 casualties
1-8 fouls

What a belter of a game

The scuffle is on! Everyone is pushing everyone!

My dugout: 1 giant skull pile with a white bunny in the sin bin, 3 marauder squirrels and 1 bloodseeker squirrel in the dead & injured box, and2 bloodseeker and 2 marauder squirrels in the knocked out box. Given that my team had 11 players to start with, this was rough AF

My last shot at his ball carrier, double skulls, as a show of idk how many skulls and ones throughout the second half of the game

Still not decided if they're going to be a #Mordheim warband or a #BloodBowl team. But i'm regretting having taken up citadel contrasts, even if it means faster turnaround. I've done mouths, eyeballs, shields and other details. Tomorrow NMM time.

Updated a #BloodBowl excel roster I had lying around for my nerds and airbrushed + oil washed these stupid models for the school #WarhammerAlliance.

Lots of stuff for other people. But I'm the kind of person who gets happy from sharing hobby

Some sort of space Wasp with helmet and gun.

Mostly painted

Gun is turquoise metallic; body greenish gold; wings orange. All washed with a heavy purple oil wash

Nest of space wasps. Potato cam made a fuckery of it by making it too purple

Excel sheet with many many formulas to simplify team management and bookkeeping

I'm not going to start any more new projects until I've cleared all the unstarted or stalled projects on my hobby desk, and you're my witnesses!

First, finished my easy and lazy chaos marauders for #Mordheim and shelved them; then I ripped my stalled #FediPaint undead from their bases for another dunk in stripper; then dotted boils on my nurgle cheerleader; finally brushed varnish on my marginalia models.

Finalised my #SquadChaos secret Santa #BloodBowl giant. He will be heading over to West Country England with an insane amount of sprinkle type sandwich toppings. The person to receive it likes his continental treats and has two young kids, so they're going to have a lot of nice stuff!

He's a really dumb feller wearing rusty paldron on his shoulder and something that looks like some heavy metal and a blue shield on his left arm and his left wrist he's got a giant piece of rusty chain connected to a manacle. He's scratching his head with his right hand and looking much confused. He's wearing only what looks to be a sort of kilt made of bits of cloth crude leak stitched together but it's not doing a great job as his butt crack is showing. He's got a big sack and a beer casket hanging from his belt on his right hip. He's walking in the field of Highland flowers and grasses

My all orc lineman against overpowered necro. The kid has played chess a lot when he was younger so he saw opportunities aplenty

Allowed me some good #MiniaturePainting time. #SlapChop'd half a #Mordheim chaos warband with a super lazy banner, basecoated most of a #BloodBowl Sports Giant, and wrestled with some fkn misprints. If any #3dPrinting nerd can say what's wrong with this, appreciated. ultimaker 3 used.

Final night of the second rookie #BloodBowl7s league.

I sent in my halflings to get bullied some more, and then I tallied the scores and handed out the trophies and awards.

Also, never make anyone go home empty-handed! Many (16) people have had much fun in 7 games each and I'm happy they enjoyed what I had to offer and organised.

Laurens with Paper Armour;
Wooden Spoon for Patrick;
Fan favourite (most fouls) for Erica, who got a boot trophy;
Alex with Favoured of Khorne (most casualties) even though he brought dorfs and should be murdered in his sleep, who got a rat ogre;
Michiel with favoured of Nuffle, tournament winner, who got a khemri team;
Captain Christmas the halfling hero, a ball token, and a plexiglass trophy in the shape of a seeblatt with a crown and 'mid table royalty' etched into it

Skaven vs haflings, which did not end Well for the latter, and halflings vs amazons which did work well
