Decided what I should paint the metal and hair on my #MurderTurks murderkitty with help from my arts teacher colleague. Base coated the mid tone for metal bits. Also faffed around with different shades. Really interesting and educational to work with only 5 paints.

I was laid low by a flu the last few days. No fun at all. Finally had some energy back in bursts today so I put a simple #ZornPalette on one of the new Kill Teams. Not the most creative approach, but very comforting and relaxing, which is what was needed.
I'll raise the highlights further and add a few points of contrast. Oh, and as the fire. These ones need their fire.

The second Gothcast Eternal is finished! It's hard figuring out the colors, but I'm pretty happy with the purple glow as I think it works with the rest of the color scheme, and it nicely represents some kind of death magic

Our gaming group finished a 6 month long Beta-Garmon campaign with a megabattle themed around the Thorne's Station blurb from the campaign book. The set-up had the Blood Angels and their allies drop in between a Warlord Titan coming in for repairs and the wall of one of Thorne's Station's harbour-docks. Their mission was to destroy the broken Warlord before it could retreat and to capture the wall of the harbour-dock. The traitors won the game by the narrowest margin possible (1 more marine on the wall), but there were a lot of epic duels and we all agreed that the game looked spectacular. We will definately have to continue the war for the garmon cluster after this!
