Had our annual soft-boiled eggs and toast 'soldiers' and every year I comment how we should have them more often than once a year.

Anyway, no pics but here's a toot from two years ago, and it looks much the same as today, except a different house.

Sunday #breakfast. Started with “I’ll just have some poached eggs on toast”. But what do you do while the eggs are poaching? Peek into the fridge, find some cheddar, dill, mayo, and end up making something a bit more nice looking

If you're in Downtown Toronto near St. George and University, Stop in at the Grange food court for Karine's Breakfast specials, great prices.

I just stopped in for 2 english muffin egg sandwiches for 7$, and didn't know they had came with lettuce, and tomato, and a whole fruit salad. This shit is nuts. DO IT.

The also have lots of Vegan options and specials!

I really like eating steel cut oats. I don't really like cooking steel cut oats, but I've learned an overnight method that works very well:

The night before, boil two cups of water with a pinch of salt (I also add cinnamon). Add 1/2 cup of steel cut oats, stir, turn off the heat and cover, letting it sit overnight. In the morning, heat it up, stirring, adding water a tablespoon at a time as needed. Should just take 5- 6 minutes. Feeds two.
