[Thread] So, it took having to do a search on the website, but I managed to find the #BlackHistoryMonth audio archives on the #WMPG website. Hopefully, the ones from 2025 will also be posted on their website (and the ones already posted won't disappear...).

[Thread] So, I noticed that #WMPG hasn't made a big deal about #BlackHistoryMonth features like they have in the past. However, #OnTheAir, they have mentioned it a lot! I've managed to catch a few of the Black History month-themed shows, and will be posting set lists and links to the audio archives (which will be available for 5 weeks after airdate). Screenshot is from a past Black History Month web page...

How my brain works. I heard a song last week on the radio (#WMPG), but wasn't finding it in the published setlists. I knew it was from the early 70's, and looked up what I remembered about the lyrics, but no luck (lots of similar lyrics). Then I contemplated the vocals -- who did it sound like? Why, Eric Carmen, who sung the song, "All By Myself." So then I looked up Carmen's songs. No luck. But then I saw that Carmen was in a band -- The Raspberries! And sure enough, it was their song! "Let's Pretend" from 1971! Gotta love #Wikipedia for times like this!
