And Lando Norris as their driver that is too hard on himself and inconsistent.

McLaren Racing has announced it has retained Rob Marshall as the team's new technical director of engineering and design. He will begin at the start of next year.

This is a huge hire for McLaren. Marshall previously worked at Red Bull Racing for 17 years, most recently as the team's chief engineering officer.
