Just as you cannot taste chicken on a video, you cannot learn refined and subtle body techniques, such as those of certain martial arts or some manual therapies such as osteopathy and chiropractic. The "Thrust" is a very delicate and subtle passive joint mobilization technique that can only be learned in person and in person, under the strict supervision of your teacher or professor. Before learning something like this, one should practice simpler techniques for several years. It is as delicate and dangerous as a martial art. I have told my students this a thousand times, but at one point I stopped teaching because of the immediacy of the current trend that many people have.
