Zorro<p>Dungeon Keeper is one of my all time favourite games. It was the late 90s and developer Bullfrog were at the height of their powers, producing a deep RTS filled with humour and character.</p><p>I'm listening to the <a href="https://aus.social/tags/dosgameclub" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dosgameclub</span></a> podcast on the game and, despite finishing DK back in the day, I'm learning a lot. I would be quite interested in playing it, especially if it also keeps that kind of sense of humor.</p>

𒀭 enkidu 🍤<p>I’m not suuuure about the final level but the last 4 of dungeon keeper are absolutely amazing. I played blaise end last night and it’s got sooooo much going on. First time I played it it was a desperate scrabble, but now I understand the game more, the levels of strategy and evolution of the early to late game are astonishing. Christian Tietze<p>A propos gaming:</p><p>I played <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/KeeperRL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>KeeperRL</span></a> over the weekend. v1.0 was released just the other day and I enjoy myself some <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/DwarfFortress" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DwarfFortress</span></a> and I have fond memories of <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/DungeonKeeper" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DungeonKeeper</span></a> in my youth :)</p><p>But dear heavens this game doesn't pull any punches!</p><p>After a 4+ hour run that went really well, my main character (the Keeper) finally got a mount to ride into battle and I was so thrilled I steered him into elven crossbow fire and lost the run.</p><p>It's very well-made, can recommend. But be patient :)</p>
