Mark<p>3/3<br>Overall I’m impressed with this record. It’s got the excitement of early rock with a few country sensibilities. Matchbox towards the end of the album takes on a different tone sonically and a stronger electric direction, which many others would soon follow. The final song Boppin’ The Blues *almost* takes the next step but refrains rather than letting go.</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/greatalbums" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>greatalbums</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/rockalbums" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>rockalbums</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/DanceSongs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DanceSongs</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/CarlPerkins" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CarlPerkins</span></a></p>
