During 2015 I worked as a support employee for a hosting provider in Amsterdam.

The office was right next to the IJ river, which gave me the opportunity for multiple long exposures of the water during the first evening of Sail 2015.

12 exposures, each 5 minutes long. Shot on my trusty Sony a700. You can see the breaks in the light trails of each exposure.

Sail 2025 will be coming up. Maybe I can shoot a new version? All I need is a roof with a view.

04/10/2024 - I'm feeling a bit low today. Too much boring stuff to do and all I want to do is walk. Jobs and worries are rubbish.

Here's a light trail snap I took on my walk this evening. I wish I hadn't been able to take it though. I could as the lights are still on in an empty car park no one uses at this time and they stay on all night. Light pollution is rubbish too.
