I hated myself with short hair. Even now, when I see pictures of me with short hair, I just want to puke! It’s such a harsh reminder of how disconnected I felt from myself back then. 😖✂️

But now? I can’t tell you how much I love myself with my naturally grown long hair. The thought of someone trimming it makes me feel like I’d be traumatized on the spot! I’m so proud of myself and my journey—I’m gender-fluid, and this is me! 🌈✨💇‍♀️❤️

HIGH BARNET

I have a growing collection of photography puns on the London Underground network, so I couldn't resist capturing a fun photo at High Barnet!

In the UK, the word "barnet" means hair. Taken from the cockney rhyming slang (Barnet Fair = Hair).

It took a while to figure out how to create a 'High Barnet'. It proved more difficult than we expected.

We were going to just use a wig, but instead discovered a method using a water bottle and used the wig to hide it. Fiona then wrapped here hair around them both.

Slightly unstable, but it worked!
