Three good things today:
1. In the morning, instead of a meeting, we went to a café for a working breakfast.
2. I discovered that in two days a lecture on hybrid warfare by a distinguished army commander was to be given in the café. It was just hanging on the wall. I'll definitely attend.
3. My brother came to see me where I work, when I was finishing up, and we talked and drank good tea. I'll do the job later.

1. Today I was able to be with my daughter and her partner most of the day, they came to visit us from a neighboring state. I'm very glad I could be with them.
2. My brother, who flew in from the USA, was also with us most of the day today. We could talk about things I don't talk much about with other people. We were in the woods together.
3. My dad and sister were with us, and they seemed happy, too.

That's not a pretty butterfly. Yes, its wings are beautiful, the colors and the ornaments. But when I get close, they fold the wings so that only the dark areas are visible. Better camouflage, I guess. Too cold to fly away.

1. I woke up sleepy in the morning. So I went to work a little early.
2. I had lunch with some of the team. I had a good vegan meal.
3. The other night, my wife and son and his friend went archery at the range. It's a public range at the university and they rent you equipment and there's a nice instructor there.

Three good things today:
1. I slept for ten hours. I recommend it to exhausted people.
2. Today I taught a client who has never used a PC how to turn it on, turn it off, open a browser. He also set up an email account and we wrote a resume. He looked happy.
3. I had a feeling and experience of harmony and meaningfulness at work. I listened to my team bicker and joke and find solutions and share frustrations and joys and it felt good.

1. We had a focus group with science students and climate activists. It was fascinating how one session created a big benefit for both sides.
2. My son negotiated on his own in high school regarding his special needs and seems to have been successful. I am proud of him.
