Also #Swinoujscie ist so ungefähr wie #Renesse oder #Domburg. Die Mehrheit der Touristen kommt aus Deutschland und man wird in Läden und Restaurants meist ungefragt auf Deutsch angesprochen. Wie gut, dass ich sowas sowohl auf Niederländisch als auch auf Polnisch konsequent ignorieren kann

Yesterday it’s been raining, so we went sightseeing in #Swinoujscie! We went to see #FortZachodni and #FortAniola, as we are big fans of all sorts of bunkers and fortifications!
Heute ist wieder #Swinemünde angesagt. Bin dort gerade mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Ist wirklich eine schöne Stadt. Hier mal ein Bild, das ich in der Nähe des Strands aufgenommen habe.

#Swinoujscie #Tunnel we'll see when tunnel traffic has been opened. Supposed in may 2023! There are two ferry lines now! One for pedestrians and bikers and local vehicle drivers close to the main station, right?

Now he's an outrageous thing about #Swinoujście. Apparently, 1 Gzł were spent on a tunnel under the river Świna to enable rapid transit between both parts of the city.
Apparently, the city cares only about cars, not pedestrians nor cyclists — apparently they won't be let into the tunnel. They will either have to take a ferry (and there will be fewer ferries now) or take a bus through the tunnel (which means paying extra).

The "Świnoujście Centrum" station in the city of #Świnoujście can only be reached through Germany, using Deutsche Bahn trains. The travel from Szczecin requires 2 changes, and takes around 3.5 hour.
Polish operators reach "Świnoujście" on the east side of Świna river. From there passengers have to take a ferry. The travel from Szczecin takes 1.5 hour.
