There's a kind of "nope," quasi-headache, if I try in my customary this-is-me-trying mode.
Rather, a kind of non-trying is called for — a looking to allow, to bare, a "what is" ...
where "what is" is a verb.
You can't sit in meditation all day—but you can stay clear-minded throughout your life.
