@clemensprill die meisten haben keine externen "Probes" installiert oder mieten sich auch nur ansatzweise bei Dienstleistern wie #DownDetector ein die das abklopfen.
In #Deutschland sind die meisten #ISP|s bis auf die #deutscheTerrorkom exzellent am #DECIX gepeered und auch untereinander...
@mikemacapple IMHO ist alles unterhalb von #FTTB / #FTTH mit 100 MBit/s symmetrisch & <10ms nach #FFM / #DECIX unbenutzbar als #Festnetz...

Seit fünf Jahren engagiert sich der DE-CIX, mit Partnern regionale Internetknoten aufzubauen. Am Donnerstag wurde einer in Oldenburg in Betrieb genommen.
