Evening in Rennes. A delivery driver leans against the chamfered scorner wall outside a pharmacy, helmet sill on, he flips through his phone. Night is beginning and the shop across from the pharmacy has shut their curtains, but the light inside fills the street with diffused light. The street level awash in white light while in the winding streets in the distance glow golden.

A beautiful estate on London Road in Duluth, it was also used as a film location for the movie "You'll Like My Mother," starring Patty Duke.

Foto im Querformat. Blick auf eine dunkelrote Backsteinwand. Zwei Fenster mit weißem Rahmen, dahinter sieht man teils die Innenräume einer Kneipe, teils spiegeln sich die gegenüberliegenden Häuser. Jeweils links der Fenster ist eine runde rote Werbung für Duckstein, eine Biermarke. Unter den Fenstern ist ein länglicher Strommasten. Dieser ist mit Backsteinmuster bemalt, so dass er fließend in die Wand übergeht. Links ist ein Muster aus verschiedenen Farben, weiter rechts dann die Zeichnung einer Flasche. Darin ist eine Wespe auf der Silhouette eines untergehenden Segelbootes. Aus der Flasche kommt eine Sprechblase, darin steht: der Jugend Zauber für und für, liegt lächelnd doch auf dir, auf dir. Am rechten Ende des Strommasten ist die Zeichnung von drei Wespen, die an einem Tisch Wein aus Gläsern und Flaschen saufen.

Main door to the former Printing Works on Darnley Street in Pollokshields, Glasgow. Designed by D.B. Dobson and built in 1902, the snake-headed hinges at the bottom of the door are a particularly nice touch.
