@BlindSeer

Another great article full of memories! I don't know about game. Just the title, I guess. I'm putting it on my to-discover list.:0)

Thanks for the links at the end too. I was looking to play some games music.. for memories and nostalgia.

@WoodooProd There was a MS-DOS version of The City, I played that one. Can't tell about The Dungeon. I was glad I found the music by Gilbertson to have it linked. You can find the Atari Intro on YouTube, too.
Still gives memories and I almost could sing along. They really had the lyrics on the screen and highlighted to correct part, just like Karaoke.

@BlindSeer

I never emulate the Atari machine. I will look at it. i'm missing some original ones.

@WoodooProd I had an Atari emulator once, it worked out nicely. Played Schreckenstein with my junior, who actually enjoyed it. You could coop, until one player died. Then you had another enemy on the screen (under AI control).
There is also a RaspberryPi image around retro gaming, with some emulators.

@BlindSeer

Alternate Reality: The Dongeon run fine with Altirra emulator! :0)

What a good introduction, too.

@WoodooProd The City hast pretty much The Same Intro with slightly different graphics and different music.
Enjoy and prepare for some deaths. 😅 Hint: unarm yourself before facing The doppelganger and rearm infight. 😉

@BlindSeer It was Philip Price with Gary Gilbertson who attempted to make the MMORPG (with Monolith Productions who at that point only had released a single platformer). Don’t think it ever got fully funded or beyond the concept planning stage, sadly.

@eobet I See. That's why I felt right at Home, when I saw The page. It is really sad that it never came to be. Philip Price really Had some great ideas and it would have been great Game, I think. Too Bad it is more about theme parks and less about immersive world building nowadays.
Thanks for the info
